HOW WE COLLECT CUSTOMER INFORMATION
AssetBlock collects user information that is provided directly by you. We collect the following information from users in order to create individual user profiles: name, email address, country of origin, and phone number. We collect your phone number in order to provide two-factor authentication of your user profile. We also collect your wallet address, and link it to your completed user profile. In addition, we provide you with the option of uploading a picture to your user profile.
HOW WE USE CUSTOMER INFORMATION
AssetBlock uses information in compliance with all applicable laws, and only for the purposes for which it was originally collected. If we determine that we need to use information for a purpose other than for what it was originally collected, then we will ask for your consent prior to such use.
Your user information is used to provide, maintain, and improve our existing services, as well as to develop new services. Your information may be used in connection with your use of the services, such as responding to user inquiries, providing customer service, and sending administrative information, among others. Your information may be used to protect the rights of AssetBlock, yourself, or our other customers.
We may use your user profile information to contact you in the future to tell you about services, promotions, opportunities, and other general information about AssetBlock that we believe will be of interest to you. We may also use your information to investigate and prosecute potential breaches of AssetBlock’s Terms of Service, security, or license agreements.
We may share pertinent Customer information with select partners for the purposes of processing data for regulatory compliance, account management, customer support, and marketing. We require any such partners to enter into appropriate confidentiality and security agreements. If we need to share your information with any other companies or individuals, we will first obtain your consent to do so.
Information collected from website submissions will be used for AssetBlock’s internal business purposes, including its investigations, sales, and marketing.
UPDATING YOUR INFORMATION
You may update, amend, correct, or delete your individual User Profile, in part or in its entirety, at any time via your user portal.
OTHER DISCLOSURES OF INFORMATION
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information provided by you to us to any third parties.
We will not disclose user profiles or any part of the information therein to any third party except: in connection with a legitimate use as set forth herein; in connection with a bona fide legal dispute to which such information is relevant, and in response to a valid, compulsory legal process; or as otherwise required by law.
In the event that AssetBlock goes through a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, or other corporate change, including, without limitation, during the course of any due diligence proceedings, personal information and User Profiles may be among the assets transferred. This Privacy Policy will become binding upon the new owner of the information until amended.
INFORMATION SECURITY
AssetBlock takes commercially reasonable security and backup measures to protect the information submitted to us. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. We encourage our customers to retain copies of all uploaded information on their own systems

This Privacy Policy is specific to AssetBlock. While AssetBlock may offer links to third-party websites through the website, any such links are provided solely for convenience. AssetBlock does not control, and is not responsible for, the content or practices of these other websites. The presence of a link to any third-party website does not equate to the endorsement of these websites, nor to their content, owners, or security and/or privacy practices. AssetBlock makes no representations or warranties with regard to any such third-party website, and you acknowledge that your navigation to and use of the same is entirely at your own risk.
CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13 years of age without parental consent. If we learn that a child under the age of 13 has provided us with personal information, or that such personal information has otherwise been inadvertently collected, we will delete it in accordance with applicable law.
CALIFORNIA PRIVACY
California residents are entitled once a year, free of charge, to request and obtain certain information regarding our disclosure, if any, of certain categories of personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year.
